Terms, delivery, returns & complaints

Product pages, prices and samples are previews. They are not an invitation to place a binding order. A contract will arise only after licensing, checkout activation, our written acceptance and successful payment.

Products, proofs and prices

Product specifications, included items, final price and delivery charge will be shown before payment. Personalized products require approval of a digital proof. Approval confirms spelling, layout, colors and other visible details.

المنتجات والمعاينات والأسعار

تُعرض المواصفات والمحتويات والسعر النهائي ورسوم التوصيل قبل الدفع. وتتطلب المنتجات المخصصة اعتماد معاينة رقمية للأسماء والتنسيق والألوان والتفاصيل الظاهرة.

Planned Qatar delivery

Planned standard delivery is QAR 25 across serviceable areas in Qatar and free from QAR 250. The 1–3 working-day period is a target after dispatch, not a guarantee. The confirmed fee, delivery window and any access limits will appear before payment. Customer collection is not available.

خطة التوصيل داخل قطر

رسوم التوصيل المخططة 25 ر.ق للمناطق التي تشملها الخدمة داخل قطر، ومجاناً للطلبات من 250 ر.ق. والمدة المستهدفة من يوم إلى ثلاثة أيام عمل بعد الشحن وليست ضماناً. تُعرض الرسوم والموعد والقيود قبل الدفع، ولا يتوفر الاستلام الشخصي.

Returns and defects

If a product is defective, incorrect or not as agreed, the customer may seek repair, replacement or refund without extra cost, as applicable under Qatar law. A change-of-mind return is planned within 7 days for unused, non-personalized physical goods in original condition. Personalized goods cannot be returned for change of mind after proof approval or production; defect and non-conformity rights remain fully protected.

الاسترجاع والعيوب

إذا كان المنتج معيباً أو مختلفاً عن الطلب أو غير مطابق للمواصفات المتفق عليها، يحق للمستهلك طلب الإصلاح أو الاستبدال أو استرداد القيمة دون تكلفة إضافية وفقاً للقانون. ونخطط لقبول إرجاع السلع المادية غير المخصصة وغير المستخدمة خلال 7 أيام وبحالتها الأصلية. أما المنتجات المخصصة فلا تُرجع بسبب تغيير الرأي بعد اعتماد المعاينة أو بدء الإنتاج، مع بقاء حقوق العيوب وعدم المطابقة محفوظة بالكامل.

Digital products

A digital order may be cancelled before customization or file preparation begins. After delivery, change-of-mind refunds are not planned for an approved personalized file or an accessed download. Incorrect, corrupted or non-conforming files will be corrected or replaced without charge; mandatory consumer rights always prevail.

المنتجات الرقمية

يمكن إلغاء الطلب الرقمي قبل بدء التخصيص أو إعداد الملف. وبعد التسليم، لا يُخطط لرد القيمة بسبب تغيير الرأي للملف المخصص المعتمد أو المنتج الذي تم تنزيله. وتُصحح الملفات الخاطئة أو التالفة أو غير المطابقة أو تُستبدل دون رسوم، وتظل الحقوق النظامية واجبة.

Payments and invoices

Electronic payment will be offered only through the licensed website after activation. Card credentials will be handled by the approved payment provider. A dated Arabic–English invoice will identify the supplier, product or service, quantity, price in Qatari riyals and delivery timing. The checkout will show the total price and delivery charge, allow errors to be corrected before submission and acknowledge an accepted order without undue delay. WhatsApp will be customer service only unless separately licensed.

الدفع والفواتير

يُتاح الدفع الإلكتروني عبر الموقع المرخص فقط بعد التفعيل، ويتولى مزود الدفع المعتمد معالجة بيانات البطاقة. وتصدر فاتورة مؤرخة بالعربية والإنجليزية تتضمن بيانات المزود والمنتج أو الخدمة والكمية والسعر بالريال القطري وموعد التسليم. وتُظهر صفحة الدفع السعر الإجمالي ورسوم التوصيل، وتتيح تصحيح الأخطاء قبل إرسال الطلب، ويُؤكَّد استلام الطلب المقبول دون تأخير غير مبرر. ويُستخدم واتساب لخدمة العملاء فقط ما لم يُرخص كمنصة مستقلة.

Complaints

A dedicated business email and telephone will be published before sales open. Once active, complaint instructions will require contact details, the order reference and the requested resolution. We plan to acknowledge complaints within two working days. Consumers may also contact Qatar's Ministry of Commerce and Industry on 16001.

الشكاوى

سيُنشر بريد إلكتروني ورقم هاتف مخصصان للمنشأة قبل بدء البيع. وبعد التفعيل، ستوضح تعليمات الشكاوى بيانات التواصل المطلوبة ورقم الطلب والحل المطلوب. ونخطط لتأكيد استلام الشكوى خلال يومي عمل. ويمكن كذلك التواصل مع وزارة التجارة والصناعة على 16001.

Consumer rights take priority

Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited under Qatar's consumer-protection laws. Final operating terms will be reviewed when the e-commerce licence, payment agreement and delivery contract are issued.

حقوق المستهلك مقدّمة

لا يحد أي نص هنا من الحقوق التي لا يجوز قانوناً تقييدها بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك في قطر. وتُراجع الشروط النهائية بعد صدور رخصة التجارة الإلكترونية واتفاقية الدفع وعقد التوصيل.
